Roles and Responsibilities

  • You should have Excellent Written & Spoken English
  • Customer call handling experience is a must
  • You should have Excellent logical interpretation skills
  • You should possess sound fraud investigation skills
  • Knowledge of US English is preferred
  • You should be a team player, self-motivated, have a hunger for success, creative and critical thinker
  • Any Graduate / Post Graduate
  • Excellent communication skills- written and verbal.
  • Comfortable with 24/7 Rotational Shifts
  • An enthusiastic and ambitious team player with an eye for detail and commitment
  • 1-3 year of experience in International Voice Process
  • Good organization, planning and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to multitask with problem-solving skills
  • Result Oriented, Self-Driven, Analytical, Strong Interpersonal and Good communication skills.
  • Ability to listen and actively problem solving skills
Job Type: Full-time Salary: 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
