Key Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
• Provide customers with accurate product/service information and guide them through solutions.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and maintain accurate case records.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and follow up to ensure resolution.
Skills & Qualifications :
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with patience.
