Responsibilities:
1) Being available to customers via Call/Whatsapp/Chat/Email from 10 to 7.
2) Understanding the business and products we offer and taking utmost care of representing the business to clients.
3) Handling queries of different platforms like our website, Amazon, etc
4) Taking care and co-ordinating with courier companies for getting shipments delivered on time
