As a Customer Support Representative, your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver excellent service to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate product information and assist customers in understanding its features and benefits.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer support experience.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in any domain ( with experience documents )
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Graduation in any stream
