Position description:
First line of support for customers inquiries submitted through emails, phone calls, ADO, and AMS.
Focus on positive customer experience.
Documenting of information and knowledge gained in our support system for increased learning and knowledge database.
Analyze a problematic situation, defining the origin of the problem,
Transparent reporting to customer and internal stakeholders.
Document relevant information to understand the incorrect functioning of our platform.
Skills/experience
Must currently live and want to remain in India
1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with SQL
Fluent in English
Active communication skills, both technical and interpersonal non-technical in English
Affinity with IT and related topics, developments, processes, and structures
Creative and problem-solving skills
Attention to details.
Eager to learn about customers\xe2\x80\x99 processes and use of our technologies.
bachelor\'s degree, preferred in IT or computer science.
