THIS IS YOUR ROLE.What are my responsibilities?1. Prime responsibility will include remote services Medium Voltage AIS, GIS & Protection Devices2. Responsible to drive higher CS NPS3. Responsible to improve repeat AMCs & scheduling of Preventive Mainainance actions4. ensure smoother site execution and act catalyst for growth in Service jobs supporting group leaders5. BCU and Protection digital relay parameterization for Medium and High Voltage IEDs6. Prepares technical & EHS reports and documentation of the results that include panel drawings, test protocols, Checklist.7. Project reporting to the technical Project management.8. Responsible to follow EHS guidelines9. Update with end user technical standards and regulations10. Working in team environment and sharing knowledge.What do I need to qualify for this job?1. Electrical engineer with at least 8-10 years of relevant experience2. Knowledgeable & experienced in Site Services for Protection & Medium voltage products.3. Should have exposure to Business of Field services in Medium Voltage & Protection4. Should be familiar with Market, Customer Base within India.5. Excellent communication ,digital skills eg use of hollow lens & cRSP, monitoring dashboard of tickets,WEVE GOT QUITE A LOT TO OFFER, HOW ABOUT YOU?Were Siemens.
