Job Description


  • Monthly reporting to BLM and the Region- Target vs achievement; Will be responsible for running Reports OR/OI & Cuspen, cusrec to Regional Team (Daily)
  • Follow up with sales team, BC team & supply chain team for Credit hold release to take it up for invoicing, Payment adjustment with BC team, TDS accounting quarterly for partners.
  • Follow up via Email & Telephonic for Receivables - Need to Follow up for Account Receivables - Dealers, distributors & Customers,
  • Reconcile the Pending payments towards the commission or adjustments for the dealers and the distributors.
  • Follow up with the OF team for Order Booking
  • Follow up with distributors for payment on weekly basis -sending cusrec.
  • Need to follow up for Bank Guarantee activities with the partners, should be well versed with the process.
  • Maintaining database with the required documents related to the Third-Party Commissions enabling correct commission is applied to the Invoicing.
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining CSI Creation - credit days, credit limit, Tax code, Salesman code, Reason code, Region Code with GST applicable
  • Maintaining SharePoint & Lotus Notes approvals
  • Follow up for Vendor payment & bill.
  • Updating and maintain bills in PIMS (software)
  • Need to do the Office Admin work -submission of Rental & electricity bill to the accounts department for further timely payments, Hotel Bookings for monthly meeting, Celebration arrangements, Office assets & gifts maintain register.
  • Miscellaneous Activities & Expenses of office raising claims via concur.
Qualification, Skills, and Experience:
  • Bachelor\'s degree is must.
  • Master\'s degree or additional certification is a plus.
  • Mining and/or construction industries experience is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in office administration and customer support function in a related industry
  • Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal are required. Additional languages like Hindi are an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • ERP (M3, SAP, BPCS or other) experience preferred.

  • You shall display great verbal and written communication skills.
  • You should have great ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. The ability to work in a fast pace dynamic environment is a must.
