Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls for product promotion, customer feedback, and issue resolution.
• Achieve call and engagement targets through outbound campaigns.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and provide timely solutions.
• Collaborate with team members and provide insights to improve service.
Requirements:
• Experience in customer service, preferably in outbound calling.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Goal-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
