O2C support executive

Focuses on the efficiency of the order to cash process, including:

Investigating discrepancies between invoices and customer information

Posting checks for transactions

Analyzing customer payment habits

Evaluating customer records and recommending actions

KYC support executive

Focuses on safeguarding the business against financial crimes, including:

Conducting customer due diligence

Verifying customer identity documents

Monitoring transactions

Staying updated on regulatory changes

Implementing effective KYC procedures

Coordinating audit and control requirements

Providing support and updates on audit-related record keeping and reporting

Assisting KYC officers with admin and IT issues

Tracking and resolving IT issues
