As a Customer Support Executive, you'll be the ultimate problem solver, communicator, and satisfaction driver, serving as a vital bridge between clients, tenants, and our internal departments.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Master the art of Freshdesk and excel in managing customer support inquiries like a pro.
• Collaborate with clients and tenants to resolve their queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Employ exceptional written and verbal communication skills to create memorable and delightful customer interactions.
• Address and resolve customer issues in record time, ensuring their satisfaction and building trust.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and tenants, fostering strong relationships and promoting harmony.

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Higher secondary education (12th pass) or graduation.
• Experience: Minimum of 6 months to 1 year in customer service. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and a customer-first mindset.
