• Managing customer service inquiries through chats and emails.

What You Need

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Track record of over-achieving quota.
• Strong email and chat handling skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Excellent typing, communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
• Keep records of customer interactions and file documents.
• Follow procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Take the extra mile to engage customers.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?9,995.81 - ?23,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

• Email Support: 1 year (Preferred)
