Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer support to Japanese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Assist customers with product and service-related questions and provide accurate information.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner, escalating complex problems to senior support or relevant departments as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and share best practices.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics and KPIs.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1 or N2) and English (both written and spoken).
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with tact.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with customer service software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High level of empathy and patience when dealing with customers.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Candidates should be ready to relocate to Malaysia.
