Key Responsibilities:



Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests via phone calls in an international environment. Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer concerns effectively. Maintain a professional and courteous attitude while assisting customers. Document customer interactions, issues, and solutions accurately in the system. Follow company policies and guidelines to ensure high-quality service. Collaborate with team members and escalate complex issues when necessary.

Skills & Qualifications:



Strong verbal communication skills in English with a neutral accent. Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools. Prior experience in an international voice process is an advantage.

Additional Requirements:



Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts. Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach. Ability to adapt to changing processes and customer needs.

Pay: ?300,000.00 - ?400,000.00 per year
