Job description Customer Support Executive - International Voice Process (Male for the night shift) Day timings: 9.00am - 6.00pm & Night timings: 9.00pm - 6.00am Experience: 1-2 yrs (Fresher\'s with excellent communication skills can also apply) Full Requires a full time and long term eligible team player who is willing to learn, keen for productivity and accepts responsibility for the tasks assigned and can fit in a positive environment for the individual and company\'s growth. Responsibilities and Duties 1. Answer the incoming USA customer phone calls, chats, and emails and take the appropriate action for each request 2. Handling customer queries, client management, and ecommerce orders submission. 3. Good written and spoken English is must 4. Required basic computer proficiency and knowledge of MS word and MS Excel will be an added advantage 5. Ensure the quality of service delivery of the task assigned and reporting 6. Any B2C/B2B international sales and support experience will be preferred and analytical skills will be an added advantage. Key Skills Calling, email, chat, voice support .
