CUSTOMER SUPPORT INTERN
Job Summary:
A customer support intern is help to ensure customer satisfaction by providing support and information, and resolving issues. Customer support executives should have strong communication skills, problem-solving skills, and the ability to understand and empathize with customers. They should also have a thorough knowledge of the product or service they are supporting.
Responsibilities:
Provide customer support through phone and chat.
Work with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Maintain appropriate documentation and records of customer interactions.
Review customer satisfaction reports to ensure customers are satisfied with the support they receive.
Verifies customer requests are accurate and consistent.
Skills and Qualifications :
Any bachelor's degree
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a team environment
