We are on the lookout for a proactive individual with a keen interest in the Customer Support field to join our team - who will be mainly responsible for following-up & managing international customer relationships. Responsibilities
Follow up with potential and existing customers via our communication channels.
Identify & engage with customers, including those from past databases to expand the customer base.
Engage with customers to ensure a positive experience and foster long-term relationships.
Maintain records of all customer interactions, follow-ups, and support activities in the database.
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Qualifications
0 - 6 months of experience in customer support, preferably in a technology related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to manage multiple follow-ups, and convey technical information clearly.
Problem-solving skills, multitasking, and a customer centric mindset.
Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
