Roles & Responsibilities:
? Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat
? Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, and troubleshooting
? Process returns and exchanges efficiently
? Maintain accurate customer records and update information in MS-Excel
? Work closely with the sales and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction
? Identify and escalate recurring issues to the Customer Service Manager
? Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
Requirements:
1. Fluent in English & Hindi (both written and spoken)
2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
3. Basic knowledge of MS-Excel and data entry
4. Ability to handle customer queries professionally and patiently
5. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
6. Prior customer service experience (preferred but not required)
