Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound voice calls from customers, providing high-quality support and resolving queries.
Maintain a professional and courteous tone during every customer interaction.
Meet daily and weekly targets related to calls handled and service quality.
Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions into the system.
Collaborate with team members to improve performance and contribute towards achieving overall team goals.
Ensure compliance with all internal policies and procedures.
Eligibility Criteria:
Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
Graduates and undergraduates are eligible to apply.
Strong communication skills in English (and/or regional languages) are essential.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle a variety of customer inquiries.
Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus, but not mandatory.
