• He/ She will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
• The role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues and complaints, and maintaining positive relationships with customers.
• Collecting and analyzing customer feedback.
• Providing proactive customer outreach and escalating the request if required and managing communication between the teams.
