- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately through our CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve complex issues and continuously improve customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and support activities.

- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a technology-related field.
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey technical information clearly.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and ecommerce platforms.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
