Job Role: -

Handle inbound customer inquiries via multiple channels (voice, chat, email) related to travel bookings, including flights, hotels. ? Maintain a high standard of service quality, adhering to Agoda's customer service guidelines. ? Communicate effectively with customers, ensuring a positive and helpful interaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?12,500.00 - ?15,600.00 per month
