Job Summary:



Manohar Filaments is seeking a

Customer Support Executive (CSE)

to provide top-notch client support and coordinate internal operations efficiently. The role involves handling customer queries, managing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:Customer Interaction & Support



Respond to

customer inquiries

via phone, email, and chat in a professional manner. Address

customer complaints and resolve issues

efficiently to enhance satisfaction. Maintain a

customer database

and keep records of interactions and transactions.

Order Management & Coordination



Process

customer orders

and coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution. Track

shipments & deliveries

, ensuring timely dispatch and order fulfillment. Follow up on

pending invoices, payments, and documentation

.

Internal Coordination



Work closely with

sales, production, and logistics teams

for seamless operations. Escalate

critical issues

to the concerned departments and ensure timely resolution. Assist in

MIS reporting, data analysis, and customer service performance tracking

.

Client Relationship & Retention



Build and maintain

strong relationships

with clients by providing proactive support. Assist in

customer retention initiatives

through excellent service. Collect

customer feedback

to improve processes and service quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



?

1-3 years

of experience in customer support, client servicing, or sales coordination.
? Strong

verbal and written communication

skills.
? Proficiency in

MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

and CRM tools.
? Good

problem-solving and decision-making

abilities.
? Ability to

multitask and work under pressure

.
? Knowledge of

logistics, invoicing, and order management

is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
