Job Title: Customer Support Executive (NIGHT SHIFT)
Location: Salt Lake, Sector-5, Kolkata
Process: Inbound Voice Process (US Healthcare)
Work Environment: Work from Office
Gross Salary: ?15,000 to ?19,000 (depending on experience)
Work Schedule:
• 5 days working
• Fixed weekend off (Saturday & Sunday)
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound calls related to US medical billing inquiries.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients and stakeholders in the US.
Required Skills:
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
