As a Customer Support Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, providing assistance and support via various communication channels.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
• Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department or senior personnel for further investigation and resolution.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a customer support role or similar position, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Empathetic and patient demeanor, with a genuine desire to help customers resolve their issues.
