Hello,We are hiring for Customer Support Executive Outbound Calls & Chat process role with Leading BPO In MumbaiShould have good English CommunicationLocation: Mumbai (Andheri Sakinaka)Experience: Fresher to 6 MonthsSalary: 20000 to 25000 in hand (Additional PF & Mediclaim)Working Hours: 8.00 AM to 2: PM / 3.00 PM to 11.00 PM / 11.00 PM to 8.00 AMRotational week offQualification: HSClooking for quick joinersRequirementsCustomer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries via chat and make outbound calls to follow up on issues, gather feedback, and provide solutions.Issue Resolution: Identify customer problems and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the relevant departments.Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers.Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and issues in our CRM system.Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on customer issues and confirm resolution.Customer Feedback: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service.BenefitsFixed Salary & PF + Mediclaim
