Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer queries via phone, email, or chat.
• Resolve complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent and 6 month prior customer service experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:
CTC- 3,36,000 LPA (in hand 27,400 after deducting 600 for medical )
