Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct lead generation on behalf of our customers through various platforms.
• Understand and ensure customer requirements are addressed promptly and accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to close customer requests efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and leads in the database.
• Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries and following up consistently.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for lead generation and requirement closures.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is a must.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
