Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via chat and online platforms to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Deliver personalized assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met and their concerns are addressed in a timely manner.
Utilize effective communication skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely to customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer issues that require additional support.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting and analysis purposes.
Stay updated on product features, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Adapt to rotational shifts, including night shifts, to ensure seamless customer support coverage.
