Job Description

Provide timely and effective support to clients regarding their ERP system inquiries and issues. Offer guidance on ERP system functionalities and best practices to enhance user experience. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems related to the ERP system. Assist clients with system updates, patches, and maintenance activities. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients through various channels. Keep clients informed about the status of their support requests and any changes in the system. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Gather feedback from clients to identify areas for improvement in the ERP system and supportservices

Pay: ?15,000.20 - ?20,000.00 per month
