Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:



Respond to customer inquiries received via social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram etc.).
Provide quick and accurate responses to resolve queries efficiently.
Identify potential customers from social media messages and initiate sales conversations.
Follow up with leads through calls or messages to convert them into sales.
Promote products/services and inform users about offers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution of issues.
Monitor comments, direct messages, and mentions related to the store.
Build strong relationships by providing excellent service.
Provide insights on customer concerns and trends observed on social media.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
