• Role: Customer Support Executive

• Shift : Rotational Shifts & Offs
• Languages: English + Hindi + Telugu/Tamil/Kannada/Malayalam
• Qualification : Graduation (Mandatory)
• Experience Required: Fresher or 1 Year Experience
• Salary : ?15,000 - ?20,000 per month
• Location: Kukatpally, Hyderabad

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle Customer Queries : Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide Product and Service Information : Offer accurate information about products and services, resolving doubts and clarifying any misunderstandings.
• Troubleshoot Customer Issues : Identify, investigate, and troubleshoot issues, guiding customers through solutions effectively.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction : Ensure a positive customer experience by building rapport and resolving issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Document Customer Interactions : Log all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the system for future reference.
• Coordinate with Other Teams : Liaise with other departments to resolve complex issues that require additional support or escalation.
