Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and effective communication.
• Provide accurate information about Sitara Foods' products and services.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service processes and improve customer satisfaction.
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure issues are resolved and gather feedback.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
• Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
