Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Customer Support Executive with excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, explaining our project details, handling follow ups and maintaining complete records of interactions. This role also involves leading the team and ensuring smooth customer communication.

Responsibilities:

1. Call customers and effectively communicate project details.

2. Follow up with existing customers daily to maintain engagement and provide necessary support.

3. Maintain a comprehensive track record of customer interactions, follow ups and progress.

4. Lead and coordinate with the team to ensure efficient customer handling.

5. Address customer queries and provide resolutions in a professional manner.

6. Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and satisfaction.

Requirements:

1. Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

2. Prior experience in customer support or tele-calling is preferred.

3. Ability to handle multiple customer interactions efficiently.

4. Good organizational and record-keeping skills.

5. A proactive and customer centric approach.

6. Team leading capabilities are a plus.

7. Female candidates, Multi language speakers are preferred candidates.
