develop and sell ERP software for schools in India. Our clients (schools) are spread across the country.

While using our software, our customers contact us for help if they face issues, or need assistance. We are looking for

executives

to guide our customers with their queries.

Work location:

Kapurbawdi Junction, Ghodbunder Road, Thane

Job Type:

Support

You will have the following job duties:



Respond to queries / requests from our customers. Give training to our customers on how to use our software and mobile app.

You should have the following skills:



Basic knowledge about Ms word, Ms Excel. Good written and verbal Hindi and English communication skills

Candidate Profile:

Graduate, Post graduate (Any stream)

Working hours:

9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Saturday)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?23,000.00 per month
