Responsibilities for Customer Support Executive
. Take feedback from customer after installation is over and service is over
. Prepare service Quotation for chargeable calls and AMC
. Prepare service Bill
. Ensure Collection of payment of Service
. Approval of Expense based on Expense policy
. Check Replacement report and reconcile the same on time to time basis
. Check Service call closing report
. Maintain Service call reports and database for analysis
. Follow up with production/ Purchase/ stores to get warranty spares and ensure dispatch of warranty spares are collected from site
. Prepare Service MIS and submit to Service Head
. Prepare AMC quotation as per guidelines from Service Manager
. Responsible to resolve the customer complaints - raised during installation process if any
. Daily follow up with service engineers for visit reports and installation reports/ updates and service reports
. Report to Service Manager about the current service installation, service issues and escalate the matter if required
. Ensure customer visit is done by engineer if required to assess pre-installation situation
. Allocate man power for installation and Service call
. Prepare New Machine Installation Plan
. Ensure Daily reporting is coming from all site engineers
. Ensure Material Arrangement for site during installation
. Verification of travel vouchers and expense of service engineers to Service manager
. Respond to customer query at the escalation situation

Qualifications
- Graduate in any Discipline
Experience
~ 2 to 4 years of experience as customer support executive in machine manufacturing industry
