We are hiring Cursotmer support executive - (Team Manager DIY - Digital Business) to provide support to new clients for a securities company based at Thane.Experience 1 to 4 yrs
Qualification Min graduation
Location Thane, Mumbai
Work Mode Work from office.Role:

  • Responsible for new client acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships with clients
  • Will be responsible for convincing customers to Activate Digital Applications and initiate trade.
  • Responsible for identifying customer needs, assessing their risk appetite, and providing them with investment options.
  • Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization every month.
  • Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
  • Graduate / Post graduate with 1-5 yrs exp in direct selling of financial products from any financial services industry.
  • Should have good communication & presentation skills.
  • May have good existing client relationships in the market
  • Should be a self-starter, proactive & target oriented.
  • Should possess strong networking & relationship building skills.
