We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for connecting with customers across South India, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service over the phone. Ideal candidates should be fluent in any 2 of the following languages:

Malayalam

,

Tamil

and

Telugu

.

Key Responsibilities:



Make inbound calls to customers to understand their requirements, address queries, and provide assistance. Assist customers with product information, services, and solutions. Provide accurate information and follow-up actions based on customer feedback.

Requirements:



Proficiency in any 2 language

Malayalam

,

Tamil

and

Telugu

to connect with clients. Good or moderate level of Hindi or English to communicate internally. Previous experience in customer service or telecalling is an advantage, but not mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
