Aaivan Fashion Hubb is a leading retail brand in Jaipur, known for its trendy and stylish apparel that caters to a wide range of customers. We are committed to providing an exceptional shopping experience both in-store and online. To further enhance our customer service, we are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, and in-person)
• Assist customers with inquiries about products, orders, and services
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
• Maintain a deep knowledge of Aaivan Fashion Hubb's product offerings
• Work closely with other teams (sales, warehouse, delivery) to ensure smooth customer experiences
• Track and follow up on customer issues to ensure complete satisfaction
• Support customers with sizing, product availability, and other related questions
• Gather customer feedback and provide insights for improvement to management

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field (experience in fashion or retail is a plus)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (proficiency in English and Hindi)
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude
• Ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts professionally
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Knowledge of customer service software or CRM systems is an advantage
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email management)
• Passion for fashion and staying updated with current trends is a bonus

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
