Company Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Sales and Service Executive to join our Mohali office working on PST Time zone. This role is critical in ensuring top-notch customer experience, managing inbound and outbound calls, handling customer escalations, gathering feedback, and overseeing store surveillance.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Call Handling:

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and promotions.

Manage escalations professionally, ensuring quick resolution of issues.

Gather customer feedback and provide insights for service improvement.

Outbound Calls & Customer Engagement:

Reach out to prospective customers to promote company offerings.

Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

Conduct post-service surveys and feedback calls.

Store Surveillance & Support:

Monitor live store activities via CCTV to ensure operational compliance.

Report any irregularities, security concerns, or service quality issues.

Assist store teams with remote support when required.

Requirements

:

Experience

: Minimum 2+ years in customer service, call center, or sales roles (hospitality industry preferred).

Communication

: Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).

Technical Skills

: Have done telephonic sales and upsell and Call handling systems and basic Microsoft Office tools.

Problem-Solving:

Ability to handle customer complaints and escalations with a solution-oriented mindset.

Work Schedule:

Comfortable working night shifts as per US timings.

Education

: Graduation Preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
