Responsibilities:
Onboarding new clients that have signed up to use our services and retaining old clients.
Be the first point of contact for customers.
Liaise with our Partner Services & sales team within India.
Upsell our products to existing clients.
Telephone interaction with customers, follow up for payments, emails & business updates.
Non-Technical position (STAAH Channel Management and handling).
• Should tactfully handle all client queries related to OTA's
Qualifications:
Graduates with a minimum of 2-year experience in the similar role.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Pay: ?15,450.00 - ?22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Panaji, Goa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
• Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
• Using STAAH Channel manager or similar: 2 years (Preferred)
