Job Role

~ Complaint call follow up with service partners to close within a TAT- on daily basis

~ Daily basis & Monthly wise maintain MIS report- need to share with management

~ Excel knowledge should be good

~ On Daily follow up required with service partner for Open & Repair completed calls.

~ Monthly need to share partner wise performance report.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ?25,000.00 per month
