Be a point of contact to place orders on online portal as per the zone assigned as well ensure orders go out on time
MIS, reporting and creating monthly invoices
Following marketing activities like collecting User Feedback, creating and dispatching user certificates etc
Conduct monthly reconciliation of sales and outstanding, adjusting receipts on the portal
Followup for collections on case to case basis
Education and Skill sets: - Diploma / Graduate in any field - Min 2+ years of work experience in Customer Servicing - Knowledge in Print Sales is an advantage Interested candidate to share their resume at the earliest.
