Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to our customers through various channels such as email, chat, and phone. You will work closely with our sales and logistics teams to ensure that orders are processed correctly and shipped on time. You will be expected to: 1 - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
2 - Provide assistance with order tracking, returns, and refunds.
3 - Troubleshoot technical issues with our website and payment gateway.
4 - Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest
game releases and features.
5 - Use our customer support software to manage and track customer inquiries, and
ensure that all tickets are resolved within our SLA.
6 - Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide feedback to the team. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9200,000.00 - 9300,000.00 per year Benefits:
