Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Provide detailed information about the company's products and services to customers.
• Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Follow up with leads and close sales where applicable.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retain customer loyalty through effective communication.
Key Requirements:
• Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass or any graduate.
• Fluency in English : Must be able to speak and write in English fluently.
• Excellent Communication Skills : Ability to converse clearly and confidently over the phone.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in Tele-calling/sales is a plus.
• Skills Required:
• Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
Working Hours:
• Full-time position
• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 10 AM to 3 PM (Sunday off)
