The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting product issues, and providing exceptional service. The role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities:


• Act as a dedicated contact for customers, answering questions and providing advice.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions or recommendations.
• Conducting demonstration calls
• Advocate for customers by capturing feature requests and feedback.
• Proactively contact customers post-implementation based on account health metrics.
• Troubleshoot product or service issues and escalate as necessary.


Qualifications:


• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and explain products.
• Flexibility to work in US/night shift hours.
• Passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience.
