Job Description

1. Helping clients with necessary product knowledge of applying for Digital Signature Certificate applying process and guiding clients regarding any difficulties faced while downloading.

2. Resolving the client queries within the defined timeframe.

3. Strong oral and written communication skills.

4. Answering all calls and emails, professionally and in a timely manner

5. Coordinating with the Business Development Team with regards to queries / emails from institutional clients and following up on the same

6. Coordinating with the Marketing & Communications team on marketing tie ups, queries and following up on the same

7. Working with the Director, other teams/ departments on any other new project as and when requested.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
