Position: Customer Support Executive
Salary: ?15,000 - ?45,000 per month
Location: Nariman Point
Eligibility:
• Experience: Min. 6 Months
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Problem-solving attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle customer queries and provide effective solutions via calls, emails, or chats.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while addressing customer concerns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex issues.
Follow up to ensure resolution and build long-term customer relationships.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ?45,000.00 per month
