Job Description

Customer Support Executive with 6+ months work experience required in a healthcare Retail Apparel and Fashion brand located at Lower Parel / Parel (nearby staion), Mumbai

JD:

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries across various channels

- Escalate priority issues per company guidelines

• Address and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction

- Document customer interactions and transactions

- Understand our products and services to assist customers effectively

- Collaborate with departments for timely issue resolution

- Strive for first-call resolution and maintain performance metrics

Between 10 am - 10 pm any 9 hours shift

All Saturdays are WFH & Sundays are fixed off

Salary up to Rs 20,00 per month (can be slightly increased depending upon the caliber)
