As a Customer Care Executive at our kids' clothing brand, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively. You will play a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our clientele. This position requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
•Key Responsibilities:•
1. •Customer Support:•
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media channels.
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy.
2. •Order Processing:•
- Assist customers with placing orders online or over the phone.
- Track orders and provide updates to customers as needed.
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Handel social media inquires
3. •Product Knowledge:•
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our product line and features.
- Educate customers about product details, sizing, and care instructions.
4. •Feedback Management:•
- Gather customer feedback and insights to improve products and services.
- Escalate feedback or recurring issues to the appropriate departments for resolution.
5. •Administrative Tasks:•
- Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs.
- Assist in processing returns, refunds, and exchanges.
6. •Team Collaboration:•
- Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure cohesive customer service delivery.
- Provide input on customer trends and preferences to contribute to business strategy.
•Qualifications:•
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
