Position: Customer Support Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Intern to join our team. As a Customer Support Intern, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with their inquiries, resolving their issues, and providing exceptional service. This role is perfect for someone who is keen to learn, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

? Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

? Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to senior support staff when necessary.

? Assist customers with product information, usage, and troubleshooting.

? Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

? Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

? Provide feedback on recurring customer issues and suggest improvements to products and services.

? Contribute to the development of support documentation, FAQs, and training materials.

? Customer Onboarding: Assist new customers with the onboarding process, ensuring they have all the necessary information and support to get started with our products/services.

Qualifications:

? Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Mechanical, or related fields).

? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.

? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

? Basic understanding of customer support principles and practices.

? Familiarity with CRM software and support tools is a plus.

? Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
